A habit that I like about myself is that I am a sports girl who does sports regularly. Every day after school at 5:30, the first thing for me to do is not laying on my bed and watch TV drama, but doing sports, like running around the whole campus. According to a recent research, scientists notice that when people are doing sports, their body will emit a certain type of nuerontransmitter called dopamine. It is the keep element for people to feel thrilled and excited. I believe that is the reason why I am kind of addicted to sports. Also, I like this special habit is because every time when I finished running, I can finish the homework much more efficiently, and focus more on the things I am doing. For instance, it normally takes me 5 minutes to figure out a math task. However, when I have done some sports before that, it only takes me far more less than 5 minute to figure out a task. Since I can focus well. Besides, doing sports will not only benefit you psychologically, but also physically, it is really good for your health. Running can improve your immunity and physical strength. 

So that's why I really appreciate that I can do sports so frequently and regularly.

However, when I have played some sports before that, it only takes me less than 5 minute to figure out a task since I can focus well. Besides, playing sports will not only benefit me psychologically, but also physically. It is really good for my health. Running can improve my immunity and physical strength.

    So that's why I really appreciate that I can play sports so frequently and regularly.
